How do you know if you have a dental emergency? You’ll know it when you feel it—any intense pain or bleeding is often a sign you need to see a doctor right away. Call our office immediately if you are experiencing a dental emergency; we will fit you into our schedule as soon as possible. Don’t wait to receive care, even if you are afraid of the dentist, because if you are treated quickly, the damage done can be minimized and additional treatments may be avoided. Instances that indicate an emergency include:
- A knocked-out tooth
- A large piece of the tooth has been broken off
